This automatic machine is capable of producing M12 washer with a production speed of 125pcs/min. Washer forming die is machined in a way to minimize the setting time. Precise Roller One way clutch is provided to ensure accurate feeding. An AC Drive is provided for speed varying. The feed length can be varied by a setting screw on a load wheel located on the back side of the machine.
